phpmd 3 replaced the positional CLI arguments with the "analyze" command and named options, so the plugin is not compatible with phpmd 2 anymore. - Call "phpmd analyze" with one "--ruleset" and "--exclude" per entry, "--reportfile-xml" and the directories after "--" - Rename the option "excluded" to "exclude" (paths or patterns) - Add the option "bootstrap" - Pass the available threads via "--threads" and set the task costs - Disable the progress bar - Report processing errors (<error> nodes) as fatal diagnostics - Require phpmd ^3.0 and PHP ^8.1
- Raise minimum PHP version to 8.3 and test against PHP 8.3 - 8.5 - Update GitHub actions (checkout, cache, upload-artifact) - Restore caches before installing composer dependencies and phpcq tools
